    The micromanagement comment is right in point. Also, no experience from the chief. He was an FTO at 9 months, a sgt for maybe a year, left the department, came back a couple years later as a lieutenant, promoted to captain when the lieutenant position was eliminated and given the chiefs position. No offense DB, deep down you’re a good person. Spina puts unqualified people at certain positions for unknown reasons and doesn’t realize why all the problems occur.

    This person sounds like they know what's going on...........except for the part about being a good person. We already know Brewer can't be talked to like a man without getting butt hurt. And the alleged inappropriate conversations/relationships with current/former dispatchers.
