Are you Fn kidding me? It's the victim's fault? You're an absolute idiot. Not even Steve tries that asinine excuse. Kevin did and Steve shut him down for it, because it was soooo stupid. Steve shut down the investigation and saved his buddy from further trouble. When he was called out for it he initially said that he ordered the case want to the SAO. When the actual document came out showing that it was sent a month after the fact after the SAO asked for it, even Steve stopped telling that BS story. He did it and now he's too much of a panty waste to take responsibility for his actions. Trying to make it the little girl's fault or blaming the parents makes you an incredible douche. The childs parent(s) went from no interest, to getting a lawyer when they learned the accused driver was allegedly a millionaire. Smart move on their part, after they get a lawyer, and avoid the truth (neglected inadequately supervised child walking along a poorly lit roadway without any supervision) Its surprising there hasnt been a press conference with all the props and drama lines...
