    Not to mention Bob has ran off, arrested, fired, voluntarily demoted, forced to retire, and suspended more department employees than all sheriffs office combined in the State of Florida LOL.

    Is that his initials or is the first letter a rank designator and second last name identifier. Plus Bob is making a lot of friends

    With 8 captains taking a demotionor resigning in that short of a time period has anyone stopped to ask why? Could be 8 idiots, but I doubt it for all 8. I bet lieutenants are kind up around the corner to be captains now.

    Yes, but per general order she goes to the back of the line just like any new hire.
