We need to go BSO, this City wants to save money. That's fine but so do I. We need to stick together.

May be they do, but there is no initiative to make them aware.

I think it would be good for the Hallandale cops, but the city might ask for too much from BSO especially when they are including the FD.

BSO does not have to take FD, many cities make deals with a neighboring city to handle FD in their city.

There is one bad thing. With all their recent demotions at the hands of the new chief, there will be a swarm of new sergeants (and captains taking the Lt. Ranks), and there wont be any BSO people getting promoted for a while.
