Hendry County Sheriffs Office.... Where your previous criminal records are irrelevant. Where you can come and write your own laws, policy, and procedures. Why use drawn out Constitutional rules when you can just bypass all?

Archer shouldnt have to be in position to sign anything - he should be rewarded for keeping the faith not stepping back and standing straight and not turning snitch - unlike a tubby snitch who has no backbone and will say and swear to anything to save his own skin.
