It's time the Mayor closes out his search for diversity and appoints Dugan to Chief. We just survived a potential catastrophic nightmare, virtually unscathed. And Dugan performed flawlessly. No single human on earth is perfect and its not possible to go through a situation like this without problems.
Please spare me your incessant whining about unproven lies and innuendoes about things that don't amount to a hill of beans.
It's time the Major quits catering to the only group of humans that have free speech, the left. Dugan led through the Republican convention and led through this hurricane.

I think Hamlin is the best choice and not a jerk. He's just frank and doesn't tell people what they want to hear. It's obvious the mayor thinks Dugan is the best choice internally, so why bother trying to hype up Hamlin or McMullen?

You all are funny. We finally have someone with integrity and who isn't afraid to be out amongst the troops. Dugan was out on the street during the storm while the A/c and "big nasty" were eating burgers. Those two are an embarrassment in uniform. Hamlin "took a demotion" to work off duty before the RNC and will bail again when things get tough. He and his little stadium click will continue only care about themselves.
