Director JP please promote Major neANDYrthal GLASS to Chief already and get him out of our bureau. This man can't run a hot dog vending cart least of all an important bureau such as this one. What you guys are experiencing now is no different than what we felt when he was here at Homicide Bureau and every other district or bureau he has worked in. His M.O. is simple. He comes in claiming to be everyone's friend and singing Cumbaya. Then his insecurities and lack of common sense take a hold of him and he starts to see enemies behind every wall. He surrounds himself with two or three lackeys who inform him on the most minute dissent and then he goes after his perceived enemies with transfers and discipline. The man is mentally unstable. Get out if you can.
