What part of "ordered" do you not understand? What part of it stating in the GOs "in a case of an emergency LEOs can be called in to work" don't you understand(they where supposed to understand that when they signed up to become a LEO and took the oath). LEOs' orders relate directly with military orders because LEOs are paramilitary. Most LEOs hired are ex-military, retired, honorable discharge, etc so they know what orders are. Individuals in the military get court marshaled for disobeying direct orders, LEOs get written up. Your argument has just been shot down again, now move on troll.

What is BS in my opinion is that even the members that were off are getting paid the same amount(according to their pay scale) as the ones who came in and actually worked the storm. That's something to complain about! They protected their families which is great but they didn't do a damn thing for the agency or other civilians while others had to come in, work it and some volunteered for the extra duty but the ones who stayed home and weren't ordered to come in are still getting paid like they were working. That's a much better argument than your BS about eight members that decided to buck the system because no matter what happens in AI they will probably still get paid for that time.

No I'm not, read the memo. If you were SO and worked the storm you'd be just as pissed as I am so now go back to your job as a poo-scraper at Burger King.

Hiding in a Cat 5 building, guarding a broken traffic light, having electricity pump in by disel generators equals wimp. Now go back to hiding. These people tried to protect their families and wil be written up or fired.
