    IUPA Professional Negotiators fall short

    So from what Jeff says we wanted to negotiate the promotion process and admin didn't want to talk about it so we moved on??? WTF!!

    Duh

    Did you expect anything more? If you went to the negotiations you would have seen what a joke it was. We asked, they said no.
    Jeff cut his private deal behind closed doors and that was it. 2-2-reopener. We got an insurance increase and lost take homes
    for the new guys. Great deal Jeff.

    Jeff Bell is far from a professional negotiator. We were told he wouldn't do any negotiations but in fact he did most of the
    talking. There wasn't much negotiating.

    Someone please explain how the PBA, who rejected the 2% is evil and IUPA who took the 2% is somehow the savior?

    Does the IUPA percentage have a greater monetary value then the PBA %?

    Somewhere the sales pitch does not add up.
