Bill Smith had an extensive disciplinary track record. He has been suspended many times over the years. He has been suspended for 160 hours for being MIA, claiming he was at the range instructing for a month.

He has more suspension hours than I have annual leave and sick leave combined. Why do you this think he is part of the PBA? To seek the protection unde the PBA umbrella because he is a screw up and trouble maker. Has always been since the day he came on.

His best friend Trooper Jim Harden committed the same violations and got fired. Bill Smith tried to protect his friend by attacking Wilfong.
