Your right MDPD has a regular duty squad that's all they do is suppliment off duty jobs at straight time.

What they are doing in a pathetic attempt thinking that they are going to live forever and with the fear that they will loose power motivated by greed among other things is trying to build their own unit with them as staff once more. Which is fine if they choose to die directing traffic one day in the hot zone having a million dollars and a nice pension every month that most people won't have anymore .

If a night club or arena wants to pay extra For officers working outside as security that's ok. It wouldn't be fair to the tax payers if we had officers just guarding one establishment.
