Director Juan Perez should be charged with malfeasance
malfeasance
[mal-fee-zuh ns]
noun Law.
the performance by a public official of an act that is legally unjustified, harmful, or contrary to law; wrongdoing (used especially of an act in violation of a public trust).
This criminal charge applies to our director Juan Perez. Here is a police director who has been handpicked by a corrupt mayor to prevent investigations into the illicit activities of the mayor, his family and the cast of lobbyists, developers and political lackeys who are robbing our tax monies on a daily basis.
Go to any mayor location in this county (MIA, Port of Miami, etc.) and check out the names of the companies that hold multi million dollar contracts. They are all political allies of the mayor and they include companies owned or lobbied by the Munilla brothers, Jorge Luis Lopez, Simon Ferro, etc.
If you own a company in this county forget about obtaining a single honest county contract. The process is totally controlled by Gimenez and protected by Director Juan Perez.
With all the political corruption going on in this county when was the last time our department arrested any high wigged corruptor in this county? Never. And that is external. Internally, our PCB is just an administrative arm for the director to be utilized as a tool to go after anyone who raises a question about our mayor's illegalities.
Director Perez is a useful fool who hopes to finish his term and stay out of the radar of a federal investigation. We can only hope the FBI gets off its rear and goes after all of these criminals who rob is blind on a daily basis and put away this so called director who is nothing but a lap dog for the mayor.

I could call you dense but I won't. I will tell you each commissioner has one vote out of a total of 13. They are lobbied by people such as Jorge Luis Lopez, Simon Ferro, Freddy Balsera, Kris Korge and many other unsavory characters who try to sum up enough commissioners to get a vote on a contract or ordinance. The real power comes with the administrative power. The mayor controls each director on the 26 county departments. He also rules supreme at Procurement where all the contract language is drafted. In addition, the mayor brow beats commissioners to go along with the agenda he imposes under threat of running and funding opponent campaigns. So in other words, yes, a commissioner may wield some power, but the real power lies with the mayor. If you don't believe that check out the recipients of the juciest contracts in this county. The likes of Munilla Construction, Ackermann, etc., are all aligned with the mayor. Hope that clears it up for you.

You got to be kidding
Ok so last I read the Director heads the IA section right? It's his baby right?
So why is it that so many of the Zero hero's who end up in ROD for things regular citizens do and get arrested for end up coming back to work or get hidden away till the statue of limitations ends on their crimes. Heck we even seen some aloud to pay back their crimes to avoid prosecution, must be nice. What is going on here, is this guy for real? This practice needs to stop, all this crap about Camaras and Days off write ups yet the true problems and true criminals come back like if they did nothing wrong.
