The ftos on D1 days are horrible. What the hell happened to this unit. Use to be top notch.

Everyone knows the probationary officers run that unit. For example, the one that got his midnight fto kicked out and a BI so he could goto a softer dayshift fto instead because his feelings were hurt.

They lowered the years of service to get in the unit so a female can get in, and wait to you see the new LT they are getting LT.CD
