There are always wild cards who come out of no where. Someone who knows the system but may have retired. Cannon, Magnusson,Gomez, Guzman, Burden....

Frank would be more considered for the City Manager role. Who would he go with? That's the question. Problem is none of the above have political clout which maybe even be a bonus. OR they could be brought in the serve as a DC. to whoever the in-house would be.

What deployment? A few people saw him, these last couple of days. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, cooks don't get recalled! Cooks, from subs don't get Ranger school, cooks from a sub, don't get airborne, cooks from a sub, don't command tank platoons in combat, beside what combat Ron, were you talking about? Cooks off a sub don't go to sniper school. Cooks off a sub are nothing more then cooks on a sub. If Lab, had any chance of getting a promotion's here. His drop would have never been DENIED! All the promotions he's claimed since he made Sgt were his but never came about. Ron's having a hard time telling the different between the truth as to what really happen in life. To the book he's claiming to be writing. Plus, I hear crack is bad for the brain, can we smoke another post from ya Ron?
