Word is that records got hit with a dozen new records requests today. Stuff like the document and records Car1 used to come to the official position on behalf of the Sheriff's office for each one of the separate comments he made. Basically he will have two choices, admit he has no evidence to back up the statements he made, or provide the documents proving the statements he made. Should be interesting. Car1 has a legal right to his opinion and slams McLynas all of the time, but it wasn't too bright to do it in full uniform, standing in front of the star and giving a press conference as an official statement on behalf of a governmental agency. That's slander and defamation unless he has the documents to prove his claims such as a medical diagnosis. Proof is an absolute defense to defamation, but that forces Car1 to prove it. He was not speaking as an individual he was speaking as a public officer on behalf of the agency. Then Car1 converted into libel when he published them on the facebook page. McLynas has been dying to get Gualtieri into a week long deposition and Car1 may have just handed him the golden ticket to do it. My guess is he will file suit and not care if he wins or not as long as he get's Car1 under oath on the hot seat. Not too bright Car1.

Honestly who gives a flying F about public records request. Let that slimball pull every case he wants. If he's got the money "transferency tax" which is regulated by the FSS not PCSO then let him spend his money. The majority of folks working at PCSO are hard working folks trying to make a difference. Really? After Sunday, I would say that Sheriff Robert Gualtieri's "final solution" against the Blacks in Pinellas County is in full swing. Especially after reading the posts in the "three more down" thread that sound just like Nazi's wrote them. "Good Riddance". Three more down, that's a good start". "We have lots more work to do". Sheriff Gualtieri made the Statement "these are not good people" when referring to the black teen girls he had killed. That was a direct quote from Adolph Hitler. Both ego maniacs. Both racists. Both run racist military organizations. Both employ people that kill the people he doesn't like. Both wear fancy uniforms to impart power and fear. Both use propaganda on a daily basis to fulfill their (f)racist agenda. Both use large posters with images to convince people of the menace to society and the reasons for the exterminations. Both kill people using bullets, drownings, fire and assault. Both stock pile military gear to use against the citizens, Both lock the people they don't like away in prisons/concentration camps, women and children included. Both have serious issues. Both were picked on in school and made fun of. Both have hair issues. Both like to put their friends and family in powerful positions to support them and take vengeful acts against those who are not 100% loyal. Both try and portray themselves as the protectors of society when in reality they are far from it. Both take millions of dollars from tax payers to further their agenda.

If they answer "no records responsive" to the requests for the records that Bob used to determine the basis for the disparaging comments about JM's mental health, wouldn't that mean that Bob just admitted that he had no basis to determine his statements were true and therefore he slandered him? I think a "no records responsive to your request" on PCSO letterhead with Bob's name on it would be exactly what he is hoping for.

How many people has Sheriff Robert Gualtieri and his soldiers killed since he has been in office? I think it is 34 or 35 if you count the suspicious concentration camp, I mean jail deaths. James has killed none, right.
