He's in love, with the Sheriff and needs to be noticed by the right people, that he always will have the Sheriff's back. I think James must have kicked him to the curb, at one time or another. He is obsessed and I'm beginning to get a little scared especially if by some small miracle, James wins. Oh the horror, with all the little mini-me Bob's do now??

She died alone 6 days later while he was prevented by PCSO from seeing her under threat of arrest. The public is not going to like that one at all.
