Every unit and bureau has been touched by these threee morons who care very little about our department and more about their personal interests. With careers full of promotions and little substance, these three Gimenez rear kissers have found a niche. Hope those high salaries and benefits make up for the cowardly ways they have chosen to betray their fellow officers of this once fine department.

Count them: TNT, RID, PCIB, Auto Theft Task Force, SRT, etc., etc. All cannibalized or destroyed by Perez and Ramirez to appease the mayor and secure him the African American vote. PCB, embarrassed beyond compare by one of its own lieutenants trafficking in narcotics and talking about "hits". All under the "leadership" of Richard Amion. His reward, a promotion to a chief position. This department is not a circus as you call it. It is a whor*house and the whor*s have taken control over it.

The department is being run like an organized crime family. The important traits for a candidate for any assignment or promotion are not experience, hard work or dedication. Only those who are fully indebted to the mayor and the director get the jobs. An example of that miscarriage of justice are the majors to every bureau and district. They are all hand picked to keep the lid on internal corruption.
