Taking 20's instead of 19's Thank you J. Hart.
We can know thank the midnight scamming senior guys like J. Hart for having another SOP revised. It's these senior guys walking around doing whatever they want that now causes another OB to address their short cuts. It's simple, a 19 is a 19, not a 20 Mr. Know It All. We all know you only stop scooters all night long and afraid to do any other kind of police work. You guys spend the night talking sh$t about the new officers but you spend the night breaking the rules and sleeping. Hilarious!
You gotta love MBPD.

Sleeping? You obviously did not read the New Times story. Remember the officer (same guy that's about to get all of our AVL's checked) when he ran away from a football player that was fighting a bouncer? He was also a rookie.
The reason that they do this is because it's pretty sad that a grown ass policeman can not 07 his/her own back up.
So please with the slamming of a QRU guy. He never screwed anybody in this department.

Where to start on this chicken shit thread. First of all, nobody caused a "revision" to an SOP. We actually went back to following an SOP. MC sent out a GO in December 2014 which stopped us from being allowed to 07 our 15s. Three things came out of that...1) People didn't call of anything and did 19s off the radio. 2) People stopped doing 19s because they were being a burden on the squad because of being forced to have a 15 or lazy slugs complained about the proactive people or 3) Proactive guys that still wanted to do traffic called off 20s so that they could still do work in order to leave cry babies (like the guy who wrote this thread) alone. I don't know if JH did this, but plenty of us did. I can only assume you are a "tough" midnight officer because it's mostly you guys that end up on the range with him.
JH never hurt anyone and has always been a worker. Sorry if you are a crappy shooter and he told you that to your face.

Joe is a good guy. Why someone would come on here to write this garbage is beyond me.
