Dues
Dues go to Sarasota and then Tinker Bell gets $5.00 per month back for each member to see fit what he wants to spend it on. I say him because when you speak to him, he is a one man show. No credit to his board or anyone. He is just so freakin great and does it all. He accomplishes all that the attorney and everyone else does...it's ALL HIM. Tinker Bell all him, all the time.

I don't see anywhere in my statement saying or making this a Lamberti issue. This has to do with the current Sheriff. He has been here 5 years. He has put forward 4 budgets. You can't use the Lamberti excuse. At what point will the Sheriff own this? You try to deflect current management failures with Lamberti. Lamberti was 5 years ago.
Once again.... if we were the priority... he would fund his employees first, then fund the BWC, laptop, and equipment upgrades. If he were to lock in raises, he could tell the county that he was financially committed to the raises for the employees and that any cuts to his budget would effect the implementation of BWC. Then they would either be forced to give him the full budget or risk the backslash of the public that wants BWCs. The public supports funding BWCs over raises. Commit to raises and force the money for cameas if he wants them.
