Two Officers in Circuit received information that an offender was high on narcotics and the family member thought the offender may overdose if we didn't do something to stop this. @ officers were instructed to respond and arrest the offender if he was high. However, they were told no mileage would be paid and the officers could only go if the volunteered to "eat" the mileage. Out of concern the Officers went anyway.


Two Officers in the same Circuit last week were informed from a Citizen complaint that they knew the whereabouts of an absconder and knew she was wanted by P&P. This offender was considered dangerous. Both Officers responded with local SO. However after some time the Officers were ordered back to the office because they had "more important" issues going on. What were the issues??? 1 officer had a COPS invest due, the other had 1 offender in the lobby.

It has gone down hill in the last 20 years. I have one more year to go before hanging it up and retiring.

You should have let the offender overdose then let the family know their child died because the state will not give mileage. The state needs to be sued! Don't eat your mileage!

People are getting killed, hurt, robbed etc.... because of the poor leadership we have. Pasco County had a Homicide 2 days ago. Prior to this the Department wanted the guy to placed on IRS. The guy was on Parole for Murder and Manslaughter. Agree with all above. This is out of control. MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC WE ARE BEING PREVENTED FROM DOING OUR JOBS BECAUSE WE HAVE A LEADER IN P&P THAT HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING.

The clock is ticking on positions from Secretary all the way down to CA. We have not had a new Governor in 8 years. He or She will have their own people. Lets just hope its someone who has a clue what P&P is supposed to do. Since Nimer has been at the top we just play run and hide, lets hope no one notices we do nothing of importance.

We are so being made to put cases on IRS and not supervise them. That is what is wrong with this . Hell even the circuit administrator is trying to bribe offices to get more cases in the unsupervised categories and the office that does this gets donuts and pizzas party the next month to do this. More cases in IRS puts our community at risk . They CA are being ordered by central office to stop supervising , shame on all of them. They need to leave before more citizens get hurt.
