Staffing: Did we have more patrol officers before the takeover of Southwest Ranches?

It appear that we had much more visible patrol before the city leaders decided to take over police services for Southwest Ranches. Can anyone tell us if this is true or not and if possible what the actual numbers are. The residents of Southwest Ranches enjoy minimum staffing, something that the Davie taxpayers are not entitled to. If this is true then it accounts for the apparent rise in both criminal and non-criminal incidents in our once safe city.

Absolutely true. Since taking over SW ranches, the minimum amount of officers on the road in Davie has decreased. Davie will double up several zones so that the ranches has their fullfilment of officers. The ranches got a sweetheart deal
