As the City of Homestead's Multi-Million Dollar Lawyers employed by Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, P.L continue to bilk and milk the hard working citizens of Homestead while attemptng to do the same to Doc Justice. By filing requests for Bogus protection Orders 121 Pages Long and Claiming Murguido is too scared to be deposed in a Law Office and must be diposed in a neutral location. All the while Doc Justice lives in the very same place he ahs for years, hundreds of feet away. Some is either a coward a liar or both.

To keep him in check I filed this records request, and promptly received acknowledgment thereof:

After a month of waiting for an answer as to when I could personally inspect records, which is itself an unlawful refusal to produce, I filed the following follow up:

While I did not receive acknowledgement to this follow up, I did in response receive a motion on an order to protect HPD Officer Alejandro Murguido from me taking his deposition:

A particularly relevant passage from this order is "This also illustrates [Dr. McDonough's] using the public records laws
in an attempt to embarrass the attorneys involved, i.e., by requesting copies of their correspondence, legal bills, and any Florida Bar complaints. " It is sad that this attorney actually seems to think that me filing records request for his public records somehow makes it acceptable to obstruct my litigation.

So I decided to hit him today with this second follow up:

We will see if they comply, if not another law suit will be promptly filed, and he will likely be a named defendant.

I will get you a name of the Female Attorney who was employed by this very same Law Firm. She was the Attorney that was representing Golden Beach against the Golden Beach Officers. Her employment was separated from the Law Firm. I have spoken to her, and she was very concerned that she could be held responsible because the Law Firm was requiring her to Bill Hourly rates and list it as "research" She refused to play along after time went on and they separated. The Law Firms books need to be Audited by the IRS. And the former female attorney needs to be deposed in your civil suit as well as being questioned by an IRS Investigator. Last I heard she was working with a Law Firm in Ft. Lauderdale off Las Olas.
