Well is seems WSH attorney Eric Stettin wants to play games with me in my public records request and in my litigation against Homestead and its officers.
To keep him in check I filed this records request, and promptly received acknowledgment thereof:

After a month of waiting for an answer as to when I could personally inspect records, which is itself an unlawful refusal to produce, I filed the following follow up:

While I did not receive acknowledgement to this follow up, I did in response receive a motion on an order to protect HPD Officer Alejandro Murguido from me taking his deposition:

A particularly relevant passage from this order is "This also illustrates [Dr. McDonough's] using the public records laws
in an attempt to embarrass the attorneys involved, i.e., by requesting copies of their correspondence, legal bills, and any Florida Bar complaints. " It is sad that this attorney actually seems to think that me filing records request for his public records somehow makes it acceptable to obstruct my litigation.

So I decided to hit him today with this second follow up:

We will see if they comply, if not another law suit will be promptly filed, and he will likely be a named defendant.
