They'll put us up in something better than the Motel 6. They'll find a Marriott or Hilton to put us in. Look at all the other ways they waste money; new lights bars, computer programs, etc. They will waste tax payer money and put us in the nicest hotel.

Pensacola has been failing for a long time. If you haven't noticed it all went down hill sometime ago and now it can't be stopped. Everything from rewarding troopers who stop soccer mom's and issue them 5 tickets to the disciplining troopers with LOR for first minor offenses. The Lieutenants are forced to work 12 hours a day and can only claim 8 hours in fear of termination. All that's left is a few rookies with 0 to 3 years. No wonder it is failing. It's so bad that you have 1700 ID trooper arguing with a 1600 I'D trooper on how to handle something.

They just announced the 3 FLAIR positions. That means 3 more troopers are coming off the road. Plus another Pensacola trooper just quit. Pensacola better tighten the seatbelts because it's about to go right off the cliff.

If the recruiter for Troop A would get off his lazy ass in Panama City and go to Pensacola, maybe the issue would resolve. Notice how the Panama City district has a decent number of troopers, yet their call value is nothing.

He is not a recruiter. He is a background investigator. You and all the other troopers are the recruiters. After you recruit someone he will do the background check.
