That guy is a good person and a Sgt that isn't looking to screw his guys over. If you don't like the way he does things then take a promotional exam or transfer from NRU, which is essentially a glorified daycare with weekends off. This way you can back to handling calls, with shitty days off, and working for a sergeant you really like.
