5K Run in North Port. NPPD is ready but just for that event.

I have posted numerous times about events off of Price Blvd between Sunter and Biscayne. Not once has the NPPD saw fit to have any kind of traffic control. Guess what since we have an all out red, white, and blue media photo opportunity for the current NPPD admin guess what is taking place? On the day before this media event guess what we have? The city has the area schools and recreation properties marked off for crowed control, parking and such. The NPPD even has its Command and Control RV parked in front of the high school the day before the event. So it does not look like I'm pushing a cart full of sour apples, let me ask this. How many of the NPPD admin are actually going to do the run? Time to step up to the bar KV. Not to just order hot wings and drinks at Heron Creek businesses.
