Where's this Chief Laberdesky coming from? He was never a chief of anywhere or anything. Maybe there is some confusion, over him (was) a chief pretty officer 3 in the navy. While what ever there called, he was only a E-5. A Sgt. or specialist rank cause he was a cook! As his false (lies) about being twice a chief for C.P.D. they don't have a Chief. The top rank is superintended, One would think, they would at least look the basic up before you start your lies. I must admit he is entertaining in a Forrest Gump sort of way.
