It's hit full circle, the stations can't get any qualified officers to become FTO's the amount of retards that the program has had teaching has now hit defcon 1. The lack of professionalism, moral, ethics is the worst among the new hires. Just look at those appointed administration promotions, failures, lackies, hell bounty on only one thing, self preservation. With the Moral totally gone it's the Rookies, friends and family hires, and the no common sense superstars that are disgracing this department daily. No work ethic, not reporting calls, failing to act correctly, violating policies, criminal acts, the list goes on and on. Yet it's the work of this Admin and the last one for targeting those officers who cared and made sure the program met something, the ones that took pride in their work. But now those only care about one thing and that's taking care of themselves and their lives cause you have demonstrated you give a rats ass. Look how officer injuries didn't mean shit until you were called out on the Protection detail given to one of your majors "Hypocite". It's funny to read Mr breakdance you xwrite how the wrongs by a large number of morons have landed the department in the eyes of the DOJ. But the truth is you sure, your friends, and your friends family and friends mistakes have done that. We officers who swore an oath and work hard, diligently, and can still look in the mirror proud of our accomplishments should not be included in your stupid email letters. Your administration and your Mayor's agenda have failed the citizens of Dade County and hopefully it will come full circle. Your IA section is a joke and a tool that your crime sindicate has used to long and to much to hide the facts "lie" and use to take retaliation. We only hope those current cases in court truly shine a light into what's happened and continues to happens At MDPD.

We need a "Strong" Director to get us back in shape. Someone with charisma, character, strength and moral ethics. I propose Major Glass. One step above Vanilla Juan any day.
