What a joke, suing Zhills because you perceive your due process rights were ziolated. You were terminated for cause, you violated a citizens rights that are afforded and protected under the US Constitution!!! Now you want arbritration, nowhere in the city's policy does it state you are entitled to arbitration. The city manager didn't even need to recuse himself. Just go away already. You should of never been a cop because you were a crooked one who thought he was above the law and thank god you no longer patrol the streets any longer

Last thing we need is another fat body. Let's have a real PT test and drop everyone who is making us look bad. We have SGTs, detectives and officers who look like they spend more time at Golden Corral then chasing bad guys. We have obese people who are busy talking smack about JS appearance. Some talking smack while taking thier own blood pressure meds others while losing thier wife to an actual gym goer. The gym is free for all officers, use it.
