    Sub stations

Another great idea that has been done before and failed miserably. We have had several community substations throughout the city, palm beach, mlk/Ford, Edison mall, Broadway, which were eventually closed due to manpower, we were unable to staff these locations even for a few hours a day, most were vacant with disclaimer " not manned 24 hours a day ", hell they were not manned for 24 minutes a day , most were used by cpc as hiding spots. We can barely scrape together enough officers to run calls for service at a mediocre level, how are we going to staff up to six substations? Just another smoke and mirror attempt to placate the community .

Haha this is hilarious. I remember the Royal Palm substation was only manned by a cpc hiding and watching Tv
