You have to be the same person who posts this crap on every thread! I have been at FDLE FOR over 20 years and the truth is exactly the opposite. Every hard working agent can point to one or two agents in their region that everyone knows does not carry their weight yet they stay for an ENTIRE career because their supervisors don't give honest, fair evaluations to them so they just skate along at everyone else's expense!

Has nothing to donwith lying. It is supervisors who are so conflict avoidant everybody gets a pass on their performance evaluation and they skate along through an entire career. If you say that doesn't happen at your agency you my friend are the LIAR! Happens everywhere!

Ever wonder why in at least the last 5 years you have never seen an FDLE Agent in front of the disciplinary state board? Because they make it to where their Agents that are in trouble dont go. Tins of Police and S.O. people and most all rightly so but no FDLE..

This current administration has spent a ton of time going back and digging through past evaluations, dissecting what they think happened on someone that they want to get rid of, and making accusations or putting current pressure on people now. Why? Because RS has allowed it or has not stepped in to "look forward, not backwards". The current walking in eggshells for some is ridiculous. Does RS even know what's going on?

This is as petty as you can get for any agency. Also, there is a lot of talk of public records requesters being looked at, events that create records avoided. Allegedly avoiding Public Records request compliance because the law has now turned into a game of "who's going to prosecute us". WOW.

All this, and RS gets up at press conferences to request more Agents and states "FDLE special agents must be pulled off of other assignments, such as investigating drug crimes, to pursue terrorism leads. That's why he said extra agents specifically focused on counterterrorism would be more efficient".

So FDLE is focused on spending an exuberant amount of time on petty bullshit has time to focus on all the bullshit while Terror groups run rampant in Florida? Perhaps if the focus was the present and not petty garbage terrorists could be found? "We need more agents"! How about using the ones you have appropriately and focusing on finding terrorists and not "bad guys within FDLE"? Oh, and by the way, you've missed some pretty big bad employee's while RS has been in (Sexual predator and breaking the law (Lying) so an Agent could obtain a search warrant).

Second, you complain and ***** about agents being "targeted" and then domain that some bad agents have been missed! Which way do you want it?? I don't know about one of the agents you speak of but the "sexual predator" was hired and promoted under last administration and probably got by because the SAC was his buddy and asleep at the wheel.

But I get what he/she is saying. How is it that FDLE has time to waste on looking at past evals and digging stuff up (or any petty stuff) when there is not enough time to investigate Terrorism. Shouldn't that time be directed to making the citizens of Florida safe? The Agency is better than that!
