Alfero is done. The PBA dumped him, IUPA wont touch him. There apparently arent many more cops willing to get gouged on a divorce by him. His office is empty, his arm has been in a cast for months amd he can barely walk up the two 2 steps to get into his office. One of the few PBA cases he is dragging out the SAO called and told the PBA he looks so bad they didnt think he properly move around the Courtroom thus properly represent his clients. Kharma paid him a visit for all the clients he ripped off and overcharged.

Fake news
No agenda here. I have no dog in the fight, but it sounds like you do. Looks like you are one of those FLPD transplants or too afraid of losing your cushy poition to stand up for whats right, just another yes man. You are part of the cancer in this agency that needs to be cut out before this agency is destroyed further. Morale sucks around here!

Another Leo affairs keyboard coward who would never say it to their faces. At least the sarge had the cojones to tell off Lt. Yosemite Sam and Capt Butthead to their faces. They were DEAD wrong. Word is that BSO command broke all the rules in this one and others. He will win his stripes in the arbitration hearing, I will pray that he does

Yes he will get his strips back. This is just the Fort Lauderdale flunkies trying to flex their muscle. They will mess with you until you push them back. It's how they do it in Fort Lauderdale and you just have to get used to it. He will get his stripes back and all his back pay at arbitration. You can take that to the bank.

Was there an issue with the way "Alfero's old secretary" handled it? Nobody in this career is perfect yet we expect the unions to perform miracles when we get called on it. Better than what IUPA was pushing out before. Way better than what PBA has to offer and I've been a member of both.

Alfero is still representing BSO Deputies. I saw him at the courthouse for a grand jury case.

Theres a right way and a wrong way to address things that you feel are unjust. This clown has been pushing his luck with his big mouth and his wannabe Robin hood antics. He should have been fired over the JAC incident but once again caught a break. This time he got the attention that he has been seeking for so long. Hes clearly learned nothing in 25+years. Hope it was worth it, Deputy.

Seriously, I agree. He's been here 25+ years and gotten lucky several times. There's a reason he got kicked off the Honor Guard. Dude, pick your battles and finish your time. Everybody wants to make him martyr for supposedly protecting this deputy. The question you have to ask is, if his squad liked him so much, why didn't they help him out by doing their job? It's Weston, they can't expect much from you. We all know a squad can make or break a sergeant. Most of his former squad is so disfunctional and think only of themselves, they didn't care about him. Just a little food for thought.
