Do your job and you have nothing to worry about. Dodge calls and sit in parking lots all shift and you do. It's not that complicated, do work at WORK. stop whining

Coming from someone that does their job and has very limited interaction with the guy, he needs to learn how to talk to people before he "voluntarily" changes job title.

There is always room at NDS for slackers. You don't even have to think up here, CS does it for you!! I'm not sure he takes a break from telling everybody what to do. You could actually get rid of the other two sergeants, NDS would be fine.

Im just curious, what you are doing to have so much interaction/issues with your LT. I see mine at readoff and he doesnt really affect my life much.
