    So how is the city going to pay our back pay

    Math. They have a little of 100 in reserves. Probably owe all unions over 200. So ?

    after the union negotiates their choices for cover up chiefs, promotions and so on they will give us some BS REASON OF WHY WE HAVE TO SETTLE FOR HALF OR LESS. What ever it is be certain you won't get what you deserve.

    Lay offs? Didn't the Mayor not to long ago, go on T.V. and say, there was over 300m in reserves. Interesting, now no money. Hell, the Feds should take a moment and stop looking at us every time we fart and look at city hall and send in the bean counters. All these special project's. I bet a part of it make to counsel members.

    They aren't! Don't believe for 1 minute that the city will do the "right" thing and make you whole. The only getting paid is Javi.
