Mic's dropped on the ground with this one, the truth is revealed. No secret this arrest was tried to be swept under the covers but seems it couldn't. This guy was ROD being payed to do nothing, nada, came in sat his but at a chair and didn't even answer the phones. A real POS character yet with this crap going on very much loved by staff and friends. I've seen officers treated like shit and harassed while this guy was still treated as one of the boys. From past accounts and IA's history of case mangement we know the departments long delay and handling of this case will definetly mean this guy will be back you can bet on it. It's no secret this Admin has been coving up crap from day one and still does to date. If your a friend or family and part of the clique then you get a pass literally. This place is a joke and it shows daily. Just look at the article how they left out the co-conspirator name and Info Aka the Milkman does it take this long to have this guy arrested.

I take offense to this. this "Director" was the CST sergeant in Doral District. He left a huge "mark" in the lives of many unregistered street-corner flower vendors. The man demands respect.

Don't get me started on the photo album. In my department they used someone who did not even work with us for the photo.
