They should make all rank positions appointed like the rank of captain. That way if they do a crappy job you can just tell them thanks but your service Jan no longer needed

As far as I know, everybody is doing ok. Front what I heard (RUMOR) ws that most will all be back within the next 2 weeks. Whether or not they want to come back remains to be unseen.

Hey Chief Diggs: This frap may work in Ohio, but it's not going to working down here. Soon they troops are going to lose respect for you and stop working for you. You have too many snakes and azzkissers whispering in your ear. You listen to prince and rodriguez and they also need to be gone. They are part of their Baker regime.

Damn it's hot out here today

Chief has been her for almost a year , I have seen him four times, he does not even know my name ,most likely does not know anyone's name except his minions on the third floor. Chief this is not a 500 man department, it would be nice if you came out to the road and actually interacted with officers on calls for service and maybe see first hand the obstacles we face everyday. This guy appears to be a typical administrator who could care less about the rank and file , almost a year in power and we are still working understaffed, with no foreseable change ahead ,oh we are getting a deputy chief at over a hundred grand a year, that's what we need another layer of administrators. Longtime associate of the chief, good old boy system is alive and well .

Diggs is in over his head. Another chief that will have a short tenure at FMPD.

Captain dukey duke is laughing all the way to the bank, getting his regular salary every two weeks plus his drop check, doing nothing all day, nothing different than what he was doing while on duty. As soon as they clear him to return he will just retire, easy money. Perhaps chief can just call him and tell him services no longer needed and free up the money he is stealing from the city.

I guess the city didn't do too much research on diggs....toledo is forced to do layoffs and 20% cuts due to 20+ mil budget deficit....I wonder how they got that way....? I suppose it wouldn't be all those extra extra diggs spent big $ on to "prevent" all that crime... wait! I see a trend here! Can you predict the future? I can. If u haven't noticed $ changes yet just by simply looking at ot and over spending on dumb $hit like fn hats....better hold on to what's left and figure our a way to save your pensions because I can guarantee diggs is doing the same here....the MO didn't change....
