    I wish that were true. Morale is in the negative. The brass won't see it because we are forced to deliver fake smiles when you walk around the halls and enter the roll call room.

    You put four brand new officers in GIU and CST instead of other qualified officers in your district and you thought that was a great idea. A CST detective screws up then gets pow pow by doing a few weeks on days and then back to CST. Only the favored are happy in this department.

    I don't agree. I was not a favored person and I had a great time working. Retired now, so maybe things are worse.
