Can you please come to work to see for yourself what in the hell is going on around here! Deputies are leaving this once great agency because of the people who you have left in charge! Do you even know how bad it really is at the office! I have a idea, How about you hire a outside consultant agency to do a workplace study and conduct a blind survey? Whoever you are listening too are lying or telling you whatever you want to hear! This place is a destroying itself at a record pace! Do you know how many people are leaving this place on a monthly bases for other agencies! We are burnt out on patrol and detectives are drowning in their case loads! Deputies, detectives , supervisors are getting micro managed by so called leaders that don't have a clue what they are doing or could careless for their people! Somebody needs to start opening their eyes and stand up for what's right!

Great post. Pretty much sums up what most of us think. Well, most of us, non 10 year lieutenant material.

The sheriff is absent while the chief runs everything with an IA lead micro managing model.

Meanwhile we all walk on egg shells long forgetting what doing the right thing ever was.
