either there or airport district..lol... atleast the county hires ANGLO SAXON males... unlike the city... go look at their BLE/PAC classes...using hispanic males as WHITE males in the quotas because of the technicality the government gives grants.. just like a 39 is black or white even if hispanic..

That is because the old timers got screwed with the paycuts which made majority of them disgruntle, no one can blame them though. A great place sank because of the toxic leaders. Mpd is changing. Lots of new officers and the old timers are leaving. Brand new department which will rise again hopefully. A lot of proud officers work there though.

things are not changing at MPD.. same hiring practices... anglo saxon males to the back of line in recruitment apps!!! go look at their classes and report back.. even when i went through the BLE academy at MDC north campus in 1996 it was the same thing..our county classes 3 at the time were very diverse.. the city had 2 classes and i did not see one anglo male!!!! and if you happen to see an anglo officer/trainee its because he is a dinosaur/or son of one...hey government we need more grants to hire... lopez,martinez,soto and so on..count as white males.. lmao

The Homeless Voice call the shots at JMH not MDPD the officers are scared of the homeless people and it's obvious they run the show over there! Sad our department can't keep JMH safe...such a simple task guess wrong crew for the JOB! SMH!

Thank you to Miami Gardens police officers whom took care of business last night at JMH between McDonald's and ER entrance! Mental subject threatening people and aggressive panhandling they called the County more than once ....no show....MGPD appeared with 39 for clearance and took action as the guy escalated within 25 to 30 mins.!
What a cluster!
