That deputy should have never needed to call for back up. Thats my point. This agency is very good at doing things after the fact. Its great at reacting.! Sure its easy to round up a few CRDs, detectives, SCU units on their 2 hour group lunches, and so on, but us real actual first responders, the deputies that arrive alone, are the ones that need staffing. We should be going to most these call 2 deep at a minimum for at least a show of force. Strength in numbers. Like TPD does. You know.. the basics that this agency and its office space mentality has long forgotten about. Decals come first.
