Why would a colonel wear a raid vest to go eat in the lunchroom of the jail? He never did that before he went to the road. Is he suddenly scared of the job? Does he know he's so disliked and not respected he's afraid of friendly fire?

Cause he’s annoying, just like his little cleaning lists are annoying and he insists they get done in the middle of the damn week when the jail is busy as shit. No one has time for his obsession with dust bunnies in the middle of the week when we’re busy AF doing actual work.

Take it easy on the fat f#$% - he was set up for failure. Never served one day on the road or made a single arrest then put in charge of the entire law enforcement?! His bullying tactics and obsessive compulsion over unimportant things may have been hidden in corrections but not in law enforcement. The vests aren’t even the problem. The problem is his annoying to do lists handed out in the middle of the week. Pass out your “honey-do” list on the damned weekend when there’s actual time to search for dust bunnies. He wants to send emails about security risks and blah blah blah, attending to your dust bunnies on a busy Wednesday is a security risk cause now people are running around like crazy to remove said dust bunnies and other deputies are violating policy moving high risk inmates alone because everyone else is on dust bunny patrol.

This is and was the second time a corrections officer was as placed in charge of LEO! Mike Scott has been putting unqualified personal in charge for years! He doesn’t know what to do so he chooses someone like Gill, Tom, Eric etc! Insane is the perfect definition of what goes on here! Doing the same thing over and over but exspecting different results!
