Wow, really? You've got a great job with great healthcare insurance and many of us don't have it like that but wish we did. Remember way back? Way back when “The Daniels” was here? Remember there was an officer who supposedly lost (not threw away) some evidence involved in a minor accident? Remember how McCrudy informed everyone what a horrible mess that officer was, how an extremely important investigation was compromised and the guilty were allowed to go free and unpunished? An investigation compromised to the extent that all officers in the State of Florida were embarrassed? Remember how that investigation progressed, for months, with the officer eventually being terminated? How happy McCrudy was? Ignored, was the lost evidence of a security video that occurred just a few weeks later involving McCrudy and his butt boy. The officer (who never slept with McCrudy) eventually got his job back, however, passed over was the fact that there was perjury by witness officers in this investigation.

Let’s get on to this new incident, this school incident. An Aggravated Battery occurs, at the least a battery. There are three juveniles fist-a-cuffing on one. This is a minor report (not to the juv. that got his butt kicked) with a sure conviction of three subjects. What happens? The officer assigned the school incident totally ignores the facts and makes this an ‘information report’. The report is forwarded to the Supervisor, who was on scene, who kicks the report back for correction, a massive correction, there is absolutely NO information in this report!

Perhaps it doesn’t seem like such a big deal to many, but it really is. Remember the officer above who was terminated for supposedly losing evidence? In this school case it is much worse because this officer IGNORED the FACTS to such an extent that a false report was purposely written. THIS IS CALLED FILING A FALSE POLICE REPORT. When done by a civilian it is ignored, but when done by an Officer, action is imperative. Worst of all, this report was knowingly authored and signed as true on its face by a highly trained and senior officer who at one time held the position of Sergeant on this Department.

No victim, no subjects, no witness(s), and no evidence were listed in the false report. The video evidence was intentionally removed/destroyed or plain just not attached, the victim, subject, witnesses(s) information discarded. Any of the above, if proven true, can cost the officer their certification, then their job. What do you think will happen?

When Lt. Belly Welly was advised, he immediately forwarded it to the Chief, why should he be involved, after all, he is, just, the Police LIEUTENANT IN CHARGE of uniform patrol. Bet he is happy that this officer is assigned to McCrudy, or is this officer assigned elsewhere?

Manager Rollason will be advised of the incident, the same Manager that has previously protected this same individual to the extent of investigating other Officers who dared to complain about him/her. The same Manager that in the past, has stated he no longer will cover up for this individual. Unfortunately it appears the Chief has been doing a cover-up as well.

So we all know what will happen……………”NOTHING”, except maybe the investigation of the Supervisor who brought this to the attention of the Manager.

Will the Manager’s investigation center on Lt. Belly Welly? Maybe the initial acting supervisor who noticed it? Let’s assign the investigation to Turkey Tom, this way if anything goes South he can be terminated, he is just a part timer anyway, an expendable. Maybe this is important enough for a Beach Boy to investigate?

Will this person being investigated take it personally? How many bullets in a Glock 40 Caliber? How many office walls can they penetrate? Not to worry, this person has something no one else on the Department has……a note declaring them sane

He did take someone else's girlfriend for a horseback ride and the horse bucked throwing her to the pavement. She died, he in effect ended her. So super frank must live with that on his back forever. What if Amy loses it at the school? Are those children in danger? She just blew off a serious crime by not doing her job. Didn't Sajdak get fired for that same course of non action? So she pulls another one at the school where a child was severely beaten by her step mother and school officials report it. That is how the story goes. The child had visible signs of DOMESTIC ABUSE. So where was our little princess? No where to be found. She was assigned the call at the school. She did not even do a report again. Frank, Carlito, more cover ups? Awesome how the Chief messed with the wrong Cpl. he will not only get his stripes back soon but will collect thousands via lawsuit against North Bay Village as a result of ignorance and ego on behalf of our jefe.
