I might just do what the above poster said and apply at places where I'm over the one year threshold for the drug policy. HCSO I know is three years which at that point I'll have my bachelors which I feel would increase my chances.

Furthermore, 45 spots for an agency the size of Pasco really isn't that many. They can still be quite selective.
