He charged me with a criminal offense of reckless driving and did not even witness the event. Fortunately he did not do his job issuing the citation correctly so it was easily dismissed in court. Oddly the Miccosukees claim to be a sovereign nation but depend on miami-Dade County court system to handle their citations. Wonder how little they pay this piece of work.
