    Kicking out long time FTO's, letting people out of the program that should never have been hired. Unit is a wreck

    Every unit goes throughs changes and things will work themselves out. What needs to done is getting people hired faster. Seems likened got more leaving than coming in.

    A new LT that use to be a recruiter sergeant would clean that unit up.

    LT, your unit is a mess and giving a 7 percent raise wouldn't fix it. The best fto sergeants got kicked out without your protection. The best ftos got kicked out, again without your protection. Stuck up for your people.
