He's bitter with life and himself and takes it out on his troopers. He calls us and curses us out on the phone.. then abruptly hangs up after yelling and cursing. He creates such a hostile work environment. No professionalism whatsoever

It's not about a write up.. i get it if he wants sloppy troopers to shine their boots.. i get that.. but to call another unit that's assisting with traffic control at a s4 w roadblock n injuries while there are NO calls holding and curse them out is ruthless and unprofessional.
