    Lets try this one more time, now listen closely and pay attention. The FOP attorneys have been on a flat fee retainer now for over three years. So if the attorneys handle 1 or 101 cases in a month the bill doesn't change. I don't know how much plainer or simpler to make it for you. Maybe your just one special type of stupid.

    Dios mio, listen especial type of estupid, the city isn't on "flat rate" and especially when they use outside counsel for "special" reasons. And who do you think pays for all the court fees, you really believe the "flat fee retainer" does or even other incurred charges. You seem to forget whenever princess is sued, in includes the city also thus more $$$ spent. Papo c'mon
