    Hb 400

Check out House Bill 400. It changes SRX (SFS) requirements, but at the end of the bill is the language to make Capt & above select exempt. Guess it's official.

Good, now they can get rid of VN, RT, SM and especially FF.

Good, maybe Hartman can turn us into a real law enforcement agency and get rid of a few dirt bags who are not deserving/qualified.

Maybe they will get rid of wasted positions like MG, if they get rid of FF! Keep your fingers crossed.

If this portion of the bill passes it will be the only way to get rid of some of these people that were hired as political favors or beneficiaries of the "good 'ole boys and girls club". The only problem is the door is open for the next round of "good 'ole boys and girls club" members to join the ranks, but they will leave after a while as well when the new secretary, director, or chief comes in with their crew. It will be like a Sheriff's Office, every four years you better be on the right side of the vote or just stay quite throughout the process .

To see VN, RT, And FF just to name a few, leave would be a great day for this agency!

The director is a smart man. He knows where is cancer is and select exempt captains and majors is all the scalpel needed to remove the cancer.
