Trooper Rosario was an outstanding trooper a born leader and just a naturally good person with a good nature. I pray for his full recovery and that the man upstairs takes care of his family.

I got his phone number from the CAD and sent him a get well/encouragement message. When he gets to read the message, it will let him know we are all praying for him. Just something nice to do that won't take a long time.
