Thanks for having our backs Chief

Sorry. JK. Thank you FOP President for demanding gettin Covid is Workmans Comp while RC hides praying not be asked about his position on the issue. Really?!?! Another poor leadership decision. Can you retire please. I’m sure we can all chip in and have you moved in a few hours.

Thanks Chief for your support. Took the City Manager to get involved. Don’t worry keep hiding in your office. That way you don’t have to be in the middle of it. You being in the “middle of it” is called LEADERSHIP.

RC will go down as the Chief that holds the record number of officers that have left for other departments. Can we bring back Oates?

We better pray rolling loud is not cancelled rumor has it 250 k tickets have been sold hotels are booked. If the event is on that means at least during the event they will be in Miami Gardens and we will get the overflow and after the event ends. If it’s cancelled they will be on miami beach The entire time. So pray it’s not cancelled but who cares they come every night every weekend so what’s the difference. Paradise lost hopefully my people will protest for Cuba And block the roads to the beach.
The 3 chiefs have been hiding from the troops especially the pretty one chief PA he’s just dreamy!!!!!!!!

Ask yourself. Do you have confidence in this guy? He doesn’t even want to fight for us getting Covid to be WC. He told the Union “I’m not getting in the middle of it” then you have Paul playing fetch with his dog and Wayne is not allowed to speak unless spoken to. Rolling Loud is not being cancelled and he knows it so standby for the last minute 5 paragraph email explaining “if you will” that he thanks is for being on standby (with no pay) however, since the site of the collapse appears to be wrapping up I’m allowing a few of you, NOT ALL, to enjoy the weekend off. For those of you that shortened your summer vacations…..oh well.

Once you suckers realize your nothing but a number here you will be fine. The only area of the city the chief and his puppets care about is the Ocean Dr Collins ave. Area 1 and 2 and 3 RC could care less about. The worker’s compensation issue will be resolved by the City Manager who I feel is a good person and has given us no reason to believe otherwise. This place no longer cares about its employees and has is fighting a civil war in a political climate that can’t be won.

Too many people feel that having a position of leadership and authority is their God-given right. They feel superior to those in their employ or at so-called lower levels in the organization. We have often seen a certain level of arrogance, entitlement and ignorance exhibited by people in leadership positions.
Leaders are accountable for the success and livelihoods of dozens, hundreds, or thousands of people. They should always remember this fact and never act in a cavalier selfish fashion. Their decisions, actions, and how they carry themselves impact a large and diverse community.
You are privileged to be in a position where you can direct, shape, and focus people’s potential to a specific result. When you are given the responsibility to lead, you are given an awesome opportunity to positively influence many people's lives; a responsibility you should never take for granted.

Leaders trust, protect and care for their subordinates. RC has been a complete failure and exemplifies everything not to be in a Chief. He needs to retire and become a Park Ranger so he can run all over Lummus Park calling off 38’s.

The Chief at minimum should approached the Manager. Why did it take Bobby Jenkins getting a State Rep to advise her? This is called lack of leadership.
